Yolanda Fihla is a qualified Clinical Psychologist and passionate mental health advocate providing a wide range of comprehensive psychology and mental health services to individuals, adolescents, couples and families facing difficulties in their daily lives.

She completed her undergraduate and honours degrees in Psychology through UNISA and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Nelson Mandela University. Yolanda strives to provide a safe space for all her patients at her welcoming clinic in Southernwood, East London.

The practice is warm and inviting, providing a comfortable atmosphere for Yolanda to assist patients with their mental health concerns. She is passionate about mental wellness and guiding patients to achieve the best version of themselves.
